You are welcome to arrive slightly earlier if you are coming

from further afield. Please feel free to decorate your vans.

6pm Dinner Time

The Christmas quiz will be held between courses.

Pub closes

If you are staying overnight, we will have a portable

toilet available.

7am - 8am on Sunday 17 December

The pub will reopen at 7am and will be serving breakfast

for you to purchase at your leisure.

Home Time

Important information:

Please do not bring your own drinks to the pub. Once the party is finished, please keep the noise to minimum when in your van, we don't want to upset the neighbours.

Please take all your rubbish away with you. We will be staying in the pub car park on a hard ground. There is no electric available. Dogs are welcome.

This year we invite you to join us for a very special Christmas Party!

Decorate your van, dress up and join us at the B_Road Hunting Club in Ashford from 3pm for campers, coffee, Christmas dinner, Christmas pub quiz with prizes including £100 gift card, and a festive party in the evening. 

We have the whole pub and an outdoor area to display your camper/car. 

We will start from 3pm with a sit down two - course dinner from 5pm, followed up by festive party and a pub quiz. The event will finish at midnight and you will be welcome to stay overninght in your campervan.  There will be an option to have breakfast in the morning before you leave. 

Please note this will be indoor/outdoor event. Portable toilet will be provided when the pub is closed at night. 

One ticket per person + a booking fee. Once booked, we will send you a menu to choose your meal options.
