Campers & Coffee September

After the success of our June event, we are back on Sunday 11 September in our brand new location in Hellingly. 

We will be located on the field behind the Hellingly Village Hall on Sunday 11th September from 10 am till 4 pm. 

This year we can also accommodate Saturday night camping from 4 pm, great if you are traveling from far or want to get a good spot for the main event! 

One ticket per van. 

Overnight ticket is also your day ticket for the event.

Fires are not permitted and there will be no electrical hook-up available.

We will have running water and portable toilets.

If you are arriving on the day, you can get tickets on the gate for £10. Cash only please. 

If you are visiting and would like a non show parking, it is £2 per car. Cash only. 

Walk-ins free.

Refunds and cancellations:

Please note refunds will be only offered if the event is cancelled. If you cannot attend we will transfer your tickets to the next event.
